We have assisted clients in financings from numerous venture capital firms, including Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Hummer Winblad, Battery Ventures, Sevin Rosen, Summit Partners, and others.  We have also found clients specialized strategic investors or acquirers, or allowed shareholders to realize some liquidity.
