Then we select and access the best prospective sources and strategic partners in an effort to achieve each client's unique goals.


ClearCreek owns and operates its own fully-disclosed broker-dealer, ClearCreek Securities, as regulated by the Securities and Exchange Comission. ClearCreek Securities is a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

We specialize in institutional capital raises, sell-side acquisitions, and licensing agreements with transaction sizes ranging from $2 million to $25 million. We work with emerging companies across various stages, from pre-revenue companies looking for their first institutional investor, to established firms examining new options.  Founded in 1999, we’ve helped dozens of companies find an investor or strategic partner that enabled them to accelerate their business to the next level.
